For those new to fitness, I recommend commencing with the 3-day per week workout guide, and after 6 weeks, contemplate advancing to a 4- or 5-day per week routine.

If your schedule only permits a 3-day per week workout due to work obligations, family responsibilities, travel, etc., that’s perfectly acceptable. You can still sculpt an impressive physique! The 3-day workout guide has been meticulously crafted to optimise your time in the gym, ensuring you make the most of every training session.
