Mocha Oatmeal Recipe

SERVES 1 | COOKING TIME 5 MINUTES | 170 CALORIES | 6 GRAMS PROTEIN | 30 GRAMS CARBOHYDRATES | 3 GRAMS FAT

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup brewed coffee

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon stevia or other natural sweetener

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Cook oats according to package directions.

STEP 2

Mix in coffee, cocoa powder and stevia.
